Katie specialise in teaching evidence-based mindfulness courses and mindful yoga in Cornwall, primarily in Newquay, as well as online.
Her work is designed to support busy individuals in finding space to rest, reset and reduce stress through simple, accessible practices.
With over 10 years of teaching experience, including a postgraduate diploma in Mindfulness teaching, her approach is both informed and deeply supportive.
