Many women come to her for focused support through key life stages, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery and perimenopause or menopause, helping them feel informed, confident and more at ease in their bodies.

Alongside 1:1 sessions, she also offers workshops designed to share essential, accessible knowledge, empowering women to better understand and care for their pelvic health.
