Forma Pilates With Rose

Rose is a Reformer and mat Pilates teacher offering group classes, corporate sessions, special events and private tuition for all levels.

Teaching across a number of studios in North Cornwall, she also welcomes clients into her own home studio for more personalised sessions, including private and 2:1 reformer Pilates.

Her approach is supportive and adaptable, creating space for you to build strength, improve mobility and move with greater confidence, whatever your starting point.
