Hannah offers a gentle yet quietly challenging approach to yoga, supporting you to move with greater ease, strength and awareness.

With over 10 years of teaching experience and training with both the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals, her work is grounded, thoughtful and deeply attuned to the body.

Her teaching is inspired by Hatha and Scaravelli yoga, an inquiry-based practice that invites you to listen more closely, soften unnecessary effort and move with a sense of receptivity and curiosity.

Classes are designed to nurture vitality and relaxation, while creating space for a more open and connected relationship between body and mind.

At the heart of her work is a passion for natural movement and women’s health, supporting people to feel more at home in their bodies in a way that feels sustainable, aware and easeful.
